Our Construction Management division looks after renovations, landscaping and repairs on homes that are in distressed state (bank owned, foreclosure, etc).
Our Property Management division handles long term rentals for clients who purchase investment homes from CANAM. (Sorry at this time we do not do outside property management, this service is for CANAM clients only.)
